It sounds like he is on a solid learning path. How would you describe your role in helping him learn from home? As a teacher, a guide, or a facilitator, etc.?
Facilitator for his academics, father and mentor for his life skills. We have a very loving home. He knows he is secure. He doesn’t have many possessions, we’ve never focused on the material things. He is not for want, though.
Somehow, he has an innate sense of self-learning. Continually exploring and challenging himself.
We are very fortunate.
To elaborate; he spent his early years in a Japanese school. We homeschooled him starting shortly before COVID. Now he is dual enrolled in college. He started at age 12 and is in his 4th year at 15 yo.
